NetWatcher retains network traffic and netflow information and analyzes it to alert its customers to network threats. NetWatcher may retain information of any type transmitted to it by its end users and service subscribers for this purpose.
Customers or subscribers who believe that NetWatcher possesses their personal information may contact NetWatcher at email@example.com to ask that any personal data be deleted. EU individuals have the right to access information about them which NetWatcher may possess. NetWatcher encrypts all data which it retains. Customers and subscribers who wish to limit use of specific personal data may ask NetWatcher to delete it. However, this may adversely affect and degrade the provision of NetWatcher analytical services.
NetWatcher has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the EU-US Privacy Shield Principles BBB EU PRIVACY SHIELD, a non-profit alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States and operated by the Council of Better Business Bureaus. We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.
